Portwest EV4 EV460 Waterproof Shell Jacket (3L)

The Portwest EV4 EV460 Shell Jacket (3L) is a waterproof work jacket for people who work outdoors in all weathers. The 3-layer stretch fabric is waterproof, windproof and breathable, and the ergonomic cut lets you reach, turn and twist without the jacket holding you back. It suits year-round outdoor work where rain and wind are part of the job.

Key features

• Waterproof and breathable: EN 343 Class 4:4 X, with 20,000 mm water penetration resistance and 10,000 g/m²/24h breathability.
• 3-layer stretch fabric: a 100% polyester 75D stretch face and a TPU membrane bonded to a 100% polyester 30D tricot, 150g, with taped seams and waterproof zips.
• Freedom to move: 4-way stretch, Acti-Reach one-panel construction, raglan sleeves and pre-formed elbow shaping.
• Helmet compatible hood: a peak, drawstrings and vertical and horizontal adjustment let you set the fit.
• 5 pockets: zipped chest pockets, side zip pockets and an internal pocket for safe storage.

What 3-layer means. The stretch face fabric, the waterproof TPU membrane and the tricot backing are bonded together into one fabric. That gives a lightweight, durable shell. An extremely water resistant, eco-conscious finish makes water bead away from the surface.

Built for bad weather. A longer back length with a dropped back hem adds coverage, and wind cuffs with hook and loop closures help keep the weather out at the wrists. A drawcord adjustable hem lets you close the jacket around you. Underarm pit zips let heat out when you are working hard.

Small details that help. Harness friendly two-way zips give quick and easy access, and easy grip pullers are fitted to every zip. A chin guard adds comfort when the jacket is zipped up, and reflective print adds a little visibility in low light.
