The Portwest EV4 EV465 Hi-Vis Shell Jacket (3L) is a waterproof, windproof and breathable shell for year round wear. The 3-layer stretch fabric is certified to EN 343 Class 4:4 X, and the jacket meets EN ISO 20471 Class 2 so you stay visible. It suits outdoor work in wet weather, all year round.
Key features
- Waterproof and breathable: EN 343 Class 4:4 X, with 20,000 mm water penetration resistance and 10,000 g/m²/24h breathability.
- 3-layer stretch fabric: 100% polyester 75D x 75D stretch twill, PU membrane and 100% polyester 30D tricot backing, 150g, with taped seams for lightweight, durable comfort.
- Hi-vis Class 2: certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2, with heat applied segmented reflective tape. The orange version also meets RIS 3279 TOM Issue 2.
- Acti-Reach construction: a one panel design with raglan sleeves that increases arm and torso mobility when reaching, turning and twisting.
- Helmet compatible hood: detachable, with a 3 point adjustment system.
Keeps the weather out. A narrow triple storm flap covers the two-way front zip, and water resistant zips help stop water getting in. A chin guard, wind cuffs and hook and loop cuffs add protection. A longer back length and dropped back hem give extra coverage, and the drawcord hem has toggle adjustment.
Built to move and last. 4-way stretch fabric and an active fit give you room to work, and pre-formed elbow shaping follows the bend of your arm. CorePro Armour adds abrasion resistance at the elbows. Underarm pit zips let heat out, and an extremely water resistant, eco-conscious finish makes water bead away from the surface.
Secure storage. Five pockets in total: zipped chest pockets, two side zip pockets and an internal pocket. Easy grip pullers are fitted to all zips.
Part of EV4. EV465 belongs to Portwest's EV4 collection of technical workwear, made for tough working conditions and extreme weather. Choose Orange/Black or Yellow/Black, in sizes S to XXXL.
