The Portwest A673 CS Cut F18 Nitrile Glove gives Level F cut resistance, the top of the EN 388 straight blade scale, with an 18 gauge liner that keeps your fingers free for fine work. It is made for jobs that need high dexterity around sharp edges, in warehouses, assembly line maintenance, construction and engineering.

Key features

  • Level F cut: HPPE with steel fibre makes a highly cut resistant glove, rated 4X42F to EN 388.
  • Fine 18 gauge liner: breathable and seamless, for comfort, freedom of movement and good feel.
  • Sandy nitrile grip: the flexible sandy nitrile coating grips in wet and dry conditions.
  • Touchscreen compatible: use most mobile touchscreen devices with the gloves on.
  • Seen in low light: a reflective label makes the glove easier to see in poorly lit areas.

What 4X42F means. EN 388 rates the palm of the glove on abrasion (4 out of 4), coupe blade cut (X), tear (4 out of 4), puncture (2 out of 4) and straight blade cut (F on a scale of A to F). An X in place of a number means no rating is given for that test. The TDM straight blade test, shown by the letter, is the reference result for cut.

Know the limits. No glove gives full protection, so take care with sharp edges. These gloves will not prevent crushing injuries and should not touch a naked flame. With tear resistance at level 4, they are not recommended where they could get caught in moving machinery.

Comfort and durability. A reinforced thumb crotch adds protection and durability. The glove is rated Dexterity 5 under EN ISO 21420 and is OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 approved. The cut ratings apply to new gloves, so do not wash them.

Colours and sizes. A673 comes in Black, in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL.
