Portwest EV4 EV448 Hi-Vis Class 2 Stretch Holster Work Trousers

The Portwest EV4 EV448 Hi-Vis Stretch Detachable Holster Class 2 Trousers keep you seen and moving on site. Titanmill Ultra Stretch 4-way fabric moves, bends and kneels with you, and the trousers are certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2. They suit trades who need hi-vis on the lower body and plenty of tool storage.

Key features

• Hi-vis Class 2: certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2, with heat applied segmented reflective tape. The orange version also meets RIS 3279 TOM Issue 2.
• 4-way stretch: 94% polyester and 6% elastane jacquard weave at 230g, with a stretch crotch gusset that reduces stress on the seams.
• Zip-off holster pockets: keep them on for tool-heavy days and take them off when you don't need them.
• Knee pad pockets at two heights: pre-bent and top loading. With Portwest S156 knee pads fitted, the trousers meet EN 14404 Type 2 Level 0.
• 17 pockets, including a zipped thigh pocket, cargo pockets and rule, phone and pen pockets, plus a hammer loop, D-ring and a glove holder on the waistband.

Built for daily site work. CorePro Armour reinforcement and triple-stitched seams add durability where you need it. A Texpel stain resistant finish repels grime and water, and laser cut ventilation holes let heat out when you are working hard. The fabric is rated UPF 40+ and blocks 98% of UV rays.

A fit that stays put. A high-rise back waistband with side elastication keeps you covered when you bend, and a gripper elasticated inner waistband helps keep shirts tucked in. An inner boot clip stops the legs riding up, and the FlexiHem ankle adjuster holds the hem in place to reduce entrapment.
