The Portwest EV4 EV468 Hi-Vis Softshell Bomber (3L) is a sports inspired hi-vis jacket that moves with you. The 3-layer RipShell fabric is breathable, windproof and water resistant, and the jacket is certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2. Ribbed cuffs and hem give it a neat bomber shape.
Key features
- Hi-vis Class 2: certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2 after 50 washes, with heat applied segmented reflective tape. The orange version also meets RIS 3279 TOM Issue 2.
- 3-layer RipShell fabric: 92% polyester and 8% elastane ripstop laminated to 100% polyester micro fleece, 310g, rated to 8,000 mm waterproofness and 3,000 g/m²/24h breathability.
- 4-way stretch with Acti-Reach: the one panel construction increases arm and torso mobility when reaching, turning and twisting, and pre-bent sleeves add freedom of movement.
- CorePro Armour: abrasion resistant panels at the elbows and shoulders, where wear is hardest.
- 5 pockets: a zipped chest pocket, two side zip pockets, a sleeve pocket and a phone pocket, plus a radio loop for clipping on a radio.
Comfortable all day. Ribbed cuffs, a ribbed hem and a fully elasticated waistband give a comfortable fit. A chin guard with an internal storm flap adds comfort at the neck, and laser cut holes and ventilation channels let heat out.
Protection from the elements. An extremely water resistant, eco-conscious finish makes water bead away from the fabric surface. The fabric is rated UPF 40+ and blocks 98% of UV rays, and easy grip pullers are fitted to all zips.
Part of EV4. EV468 belongs to Portwest's EV4 collection of technical workwear, made for tough working conditions and extreme weather. Choose Orange/Black or Yellow/Black, in sizes S to XXXL.
